"This is my secret to bouncy curls that last the entire week. I only wash my hair on Sundays and I do not have to reapply throughout the week. I add a little bit of water if I have a couple of flyaways and that's it my hair does not flake or anything. I get lots of compliments and people always ask what kind of gel I use."

"(Type 2b hair, thick, dry and medium-coarse) I do not understand how so little of this goes so far. A tiny amount of not very jelly like liquid at all (it's arguably quite watery) gives me a full cast when combined with the Air Dry Cream. I'm used to using ~1 tbsp of gel, so it's great to be able to use so sparingly. Smells great too, I really like this stuff - low on frizz, doesn't leave my hair too glossy/saturated."

"This is a must have part of my routine. I can't imagine styling my hair without it. It gives long lasting control from a light cast. You dont have any sticky residue on your hair it always feels soft but styled."

"I'm 2c/3a medium length curl. Dense head of hair. Dry, prone to frizz. I was looking for a lighter styler than the gel so went for this. The product is easy to apply, doesn't leave a tacky residue. Nice finish but doesn't offer the hold i need for my hair type to prevent frizz etc. Id be lucky to get through the day before its lost all shape."

"Smells great and pleasant to use, but not enough hold for me. At first hair looks great but fairly quickly the frizz does come through and the curls drop a bit. I have very frizzy thick 2c waves so will be trying something stronger."

- Should the Hydro Style Flexi Jelly be used before or after a heater protectant like the Miracle Shield? I ask because the “How to Use” instructions for the Miracle Shield state that it should be used prior to stylers, but since the Miracle Shield contains oils, I would think it should be used after the Hydro Style Flexi Jelly.
