Orders are fulfilled by GLS from our warehouse in Belgium.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed. Dependent upon location, delivery may take between 2-5 business days from when the order is shipped.

Please allow extra time for your order to be sent if you place your order on a weekend, a Bank Holiday or during peaks such as Black Friday or Christmas.

Standard delivery costs vary depending on your location following the zones listed below. If you spend 40€ or more, shipping is free.

Zone 1 - Belgium, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands - 4.99€

Zone 2 - Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Poland - 7.99€

Zone 3 - Hungary, Sweden - 9.99€

Zone 4 - Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain - 11.99€

Zone 5- Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Romania - 19.99€

Once your order has shipped, tracking information is automatically sent to the email address used at checkout. I may take a moment for it to arrive, and don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder.

We ask that you double check the delivery address before placing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for orders which are sent to an incorrect address.

If you’re not completely happy with your order or have simply changed your mind, please reach out to us within 30 days at hello@curlsmith.com. Our team is here to support you and will gladly offer personalised advice to help you get the best from your products. If a return is still needed, we’ll help you take care of that too.

Customers' are responsible for covering any return costs incurred. We recommend using a tracked service for this as we cannot take responsibility for untracked parcels if they do not reach our warehouse.

If there has been an error on our, Curlsmith part e.g., a faulty product or an incorrect item delivered, please contact the customer care team on hello@curlsmith.com before posting your item back to us.

Please be advised that items must be returned unopened, unused and in pristine, resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet our guidelines for health and hygiene reasons.

Unless faulty, liquid/cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For electrical items, please ensure you reach out to us via email to inform us of any problems as soon as a fault occurs.

Hairdryers, tools and accessories will only be accepted if complete with all external packaging, leads, and attachments intact. If used, please note that we will not be able to accept the return.

We are only able to assist with replacements and returns for items purchased via our website. If you have purchased via another retailer, please contact them directly to arrange your replacement or return.

Please note that cancellations and amendments are not possible once an order has been placed and confirmed.

We recommend that you refuse delivery of the package, and you reach out to our customer services via hello@curlsmith.com and request that the order is returned to sender.

If the order is delivered, please let us know and we will advise further regarding a return.

If there is an error in your address, please reach out to the courier. You may reach out to us at hello@curlsmith.com, but due to the high volume of orders we receive and our speedy warehouse, we may not be able to amend the address in time.

Please check the GLS tracking information by inputting your delivery postcode, and checking the proof of delivery. We also ask that you check with any other household members or immediate neighbours, to see if they have taken in your parcel for you.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at hello@curlsmith.com with your order reference, and a member of our team will raise an investigation with the courier for you.

If your order has been returned to sender, please let us know by contacting us on hello@curlsmith.com with your order reference, and a member of our team will assist you further. We can either arrange for the order to be sent back out to you or provide you with a refund.

Most orders are delivered within 5 working days. If your order is taking longer and you believe your items may have been lost in transit, please notify us within 20 days of your order date. If our tracking system indicates that the order has not been delivered, or has been lost in transit you will be eligible to apply for a refund or replacement. If our tracking system indicates your items have been delivered safely, we unfortunately can not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please allow one week from the date that your order arrives back with us for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be sent to the original method of payment, and can take 1-5 working days to show in your account.

If your return is showing as delivered and you are still waiting after one week, please reach out to us on hello@curlsmith.com with the tracking information and we will assist further.

Your dryer comes with a one year warranty from date of purchase. We ask that you please keep hold of your receipt / order confirmation if purchased from an authorised Curlsmith retailer.

This guarantee is not valid in case of abuse, misuse, alterations or repairs done by unauthorised persons. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to products that have undergone refurbishment.

If you think you have a problem with your dryer, then please contact the retailer if purchased through them. If purchased direct via Curlsmith.com, then please contact hello@curlsmith.com with a description of problem and a photograph.

Please note that the XXL Defrizzion Dryer is not dual voltage so is unfortunately not suitable for use outside of the UK. Using it outside of the UK regrettably voids the warranty.
