"I’m learning to treat my wavy frizzy hair as curly instead of fighting it by straightening and pulling it back. Today was my second wash day and my hair feels completely different. I thought it was absorbing water, but now it’s smooth when it’s wet. My curls stayed for days with just air drying after using the bundle products. Today I have it up in a silky bonnet to see how curly it gets!"
"The Curl Reset Shampoo is the first Curlsmith product that I haven’t totally loved. I was shocked when I squeezed it out of the tube and it literally felt like I was rubbing wet sand into my hair. I thought perhaps I got an old tube and some of the ingredients had hardened into small “grains. ” I went ahead and used it since I was in the shower and my hair was already wet. I then followed up by washing it out with Curlsmith Full Body Weightless shampoo and my hair was fine. Afterwards, I read in fine print on the tube, “naturally derived chelating agents and exfoliants sweep away impurities and visibly revive curls. ” So I guess the grainy texture was normal. But it’s not a product I will use again since I don’t think I can ever get acclimated to using “texturized” shampoo."
